书店借记

Students who have credits on their accounts may be able to use the 书店借记 程序. This program allows the students to charge books and supplies at the campus 书店. Dates of availability can be found in the 重要的日子 for the Student Account Service's & 收银员的办公室.

To qualify to use your financial aid refund for the 365bet 书店借记 程序:

• 你一定有 a credit on your student account.
• 你一定有 confirmed your classes or received a deferment.
• 你一定有 authorized Title IV funds. 
  • If your parent is approved for a PLUS Loan, and did not authorize you to receive the refund, the parent must complete a 父母+ Loan Title IV Authorization Form if they would like you to use the 书店借记 程序 with the PLUS Loan funds.

If your financial aid has not fully processed but you were approved for a book voucher based on estimated financial aid (typically through a 费延期), you may charge books and supplies at the campus 书店. The book voucher may only be used during a certain timeframe, as outlined on 金融援助's 重要的日子. Vouchers should not be used if aid has disbursed. If you use a book voucher with disbursed aid on your account, and you have been sent a refund, you will owe a balance 去大学. Book voucher amounts are limited as indicated below:

• $750 -- full-time enrollment
• $375 -- less than full-time but at least half-time enrollment

To qualify for a book voucher:

• 你一定有 been authorized a book voucher by the Office of Student 金融援助.
• 你一定有 estimated undisbursed aid sufficient enough to cover your charges, in addition to the book voucher amount, according to enrollment.
• 你一定有 confirmed your classes or received a deferment.
• 你一定有 authorized Title IV funds.
  • If your parent is approved for a PLUS Loan, and did not authorize you to receive the refund, the parent must complete a 父母+ Loan Title IV Authorization Form if they would like you to use the 书券 based on estimated PLUS Loan funds.
