M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (MSIO) program at 365bet follows the Guidelines
for Education 和 Training at the Master's Level provided by the Society for Industrial
和 Organizational Psychology (然而). The program follows a scientist-practitioner model to prepare students to design,
develop, implement, 和 evaluate psychological science-based organizational interventions.
Each semester you will meet with your academic advisor, either face-to-face or virtually,
to discuss your program of study, courses for the upcoming semester, progress toward
degree completion, 和 answer questions you may have about your academic 和 professional
努力. Your academic advisor has to "clear" you to register each semester, which
happens at the time of your advising appointment.

Graduate 助教奖学金 are awarded on the basis of undergraduate GPA, academic 和/or professional recommendations, resumes, 和 interviews. MSIO Graduate Assistants (GAs) work 20 hours per week on campus, fully remote, or hybrid during the Fall 和 Spring semesters 和 receive a stipend. Working hours are flexible
和 are arranged around the GA's class schedule. MSIO GAships are are highly competitive
和 limited in number.
